Sandra

Jarno

After finishing the university 4 years ago, Jarno travelled around the Asian continent for 9 months before settling down in Australia to work for a year. While enjoying life 'down under' Jarno also learned Scuba Diving on the Great Barrier Reef! As soon as the year of work was up it was time for more travelling and he visited places such as New Zealand, Nepal, and Indonesia before heading back home to the Netherlands.
After diving in the Asian Pacific for 3 years Jarno became a Dive Master in Borneo and a Dive Instructor in Vietnam. However he was looking for a new challenge and joined the Dive Adventures team to explore the beauty of the Caribbean underwater world and to enjoy the island's laid back lifestyle.
Soinet

Soinet

Occasionally in life you come across a colourful and lively personality who simply sticks in your mind. Well, wait until you meet Soinet! He is our boat captain, our go-to guy, our true blue rock solid member of our team.
Soinet started out with Aqua Mania Adventures as a dock attendant 7 years ago, and with much effort, negotiating and wailing…the water sports loss was the dive shops gain. He knows the best dive sites, the safest giant strides off that back platform, and he is the helping hand you reach for to get back up after an eventful dive. No one forgets Soinet! (pronounced Swanee).
Demian

Demian

Demian Hartman born June 1972. He attended the academy of arts and studied audio visual design. After his studies he went to Guatemala to learn Spanish, but instead he learned to dive in Utilla, Honduras. Demian returned to Holland and had several jobs in videography and free-lance photography. He started working as a technician in Korzo theatre in his hometown for six years. Tired of the black box with artificial light he moved to Aruba and started diving again with his underwater camera. After a year he went home and signed up for Dive Control Specialist and his instructor course. The opportunity came along for him and his certifying instructor to establish a dive center in the Republic of the Sudan. This adventure started them building, training on the job and resulted in a good learning experience in management, boat driving and reef exploration. After a year and a half and a good dose of malaria, it was time to go home and achieve his PADI Dive master in Holland. Demian became PADI Instructor in Nov.2008. After certifying two dive masters, several open waters ,rescue divers and advanced divers it was time to change the cold waters of Holland for the tropical waters of St. Maarten. Diving is his true passion and teaching is the way for him to share this passion with people all over the world. Demian is looking forward to dive with you.
